ATM/Debit Cards
Northern Star Bank offers two convenient Star Card products: an ATM card and a check card. The ATM Star Card allows you to access your checking and savings accounts from an ATM. You can perform financial transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, transfers and balance inquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The check Star Card provides more than ATM access. It looks like a credit card but works like writing a check. The check Star Card can be used anywhere that VisaŽ is accepted-more than 19 million merchant locations around the world. The amount of your transaction will be automatically deducted from your checking account, and all transactions are detailed on your monthly checking account statement.

LOST OR STOLEN STAR CARDS
To report a lost or stolen Northern Star Bank Star Card after banking hours, please call the help desk at 1-800-264-5578. You will need to provide your name and the bank you are with. Please note: if you have multiple cards for the same or other accounts with Northern Star Bank, they may be canceled if the appropriate card cannot be identified.

There is a convenient envelope slot or use our lockable and reusable night depository bags to provide safekeeping for your deposits at the end of each business day. Stop by the bank after work and drop your deposit into our night depository safe. We will process it or hold it for your pick-up the next business day.
